Pathfinder 2E, Shadowdark…
What's new at my gaming table?
This month, a single Pathfinder 2E game with the continuation of the Abomination Vaults campaign. Adventurers explore the morlocks' floor and, between traps, riddles and battles, gradually discover the dramas that played out here. Several trails lead to other sinister places, but which ones will they follow?
The other game of the month was a session of Shadowdark, which was a great success on my Discord, as another GM also proposed a game. For my part, I launched an open table, with a small region to explore. This time, a new group battled some goblins, which led them (unwittingly) to a ruined fort. After a return to the nearby village, who's ready for adventure?
No other part since I took a rather long break due to a vacation in an extraordinary country, Greece, where mythology, the inspiration for our fantasy dreams, is very present and has given me several ideas for future adventures!

As always, my posts are written in french but your browser may propose to translate them
Shadowdark again, with an overview of the official French rules published by Arkhane Asylum via the quickstart guides, which give a good start (uh uh) to understand and play the game. I have the English version of the complete rules, but reading this quickstart in French, while awaiting the end of the (french) crowdfunding, will make things easier for many French-speaking players. In the meantime, the english second Kickstarter (The Western Reaches Setting) just finished with a huge success and will be translated in french too, maybe next year (ofc I did back it so I’ll get it when it comes soon).
I've finally finished reading the long series of AD&D G-D-Q modules with Q1 - Queen of the Demonweb Pits! A strong group must travel to the Abyss to confront the spider goddess Lloth, no less.
Readings and inspirations
Readings: perhaps motivated by the presence of the drows from the Q1 module, I reread Homeland, the first volume of Drizzt's saga (by R.A. Salvatore) and followed it up with Exile. The hero's procrastination is a bit tedious, but for a vacation read, it's fine. Even if it's not as good as I remembered, of course. I re-read Volume 1 in 2019 but stopped there.
Films & Series: nothing this month!
Creations, tips, shop…
Publications of the month
I've scribbled down a few ideas, which I'll try to put into practice in May. I have at least two little adventures in the pipeline.
