January was quiet, February frenetic and March lacklustre, as I wasn't able to play any games. Between scheduling worries and a hectic work schedule, I just couldn't squeeze one in!
What's new at my gaming table?
Well, the Delta Green mini-campaign in which I'm a player has been put on forced pause, and we're now waiting until April to play some adventures. In the meantime, I'm preparing a few single-player scenarios and working on the Traveller rules (about which I'll say a bit more below).
Latest articles published on the blog
As always, my posts are written in french but there is a translation widget on the blog
I'm quietly continuing my megadungeon and since I didn't finish in time in 2023, there's no longer any particular deadline, so I've published level 10 this month. I'm also continuing to report on my D&D campaign with sessions 36 to 41 (out of 67, as a reminder). Leilon is now the village at the heart of the adventures.
Finally, Traveller will be coming out in French next year, and I talked about it in an article since I've subscribed to the crowdfunding (although I'll be starting to play in english in the meantime).
Readings and inspirations
Reading: I read La Sans-Etoile, the first volume of the diptych Loin des Iles Mauves, by Chloé Chevalier, an french author I've been following for a long time. A rather discreet but well-written fantasy. And I've started Reaper’s Gale, volume 7 of Steven Erikson's Malazan Book of theFallen, but haven't had time to devote much time to it - and it's better to be focused with this author.
Video games: no games, but a program I'll be telling you about soon (teasing).
TV series: Alas, I've just finished The Expanse series, and while it has a few long runs, it was a very successful and interesting saga. I'm almost tempted to read the books, but the sheer volume puts me off!
