Welcome to the new issue of my roleplaying newsletter!
Latest articles published on the blog
I’m blogging in french but there is a translation widget on the blog that can allow you to understand most of the content!
I published two articles on the blog and not necessarily the ones I had planned! The first one is about the adventures of my adventurers in Eriador, in Middle Earth, facing bandits who captured a dwarf. This second chapter of the series can be read here.
The second article is about my favorite program for making maps at the moment, namely Dungeon Alchemist. Already well full of stuff, many features related to ruins and jungle have recently been added, and D.A. has become a must-have in my GM "tools".
What's new at my gaming table?
Not much, since between absences, vacations and fatigue, the games have been few and far between and only my D&D campaign is progressing. The level 6 heroes are now in Leilon, a coastal city under the threat of the (chaotic) god of storms, Talos. This does not suit one of the adventurers, who worships this god but tries to oppose his destructive will! Now they must try to understand what other evil forces are unleashed in the region. And we celebrated the first year of the campaign in session 30!
Readings and inspirations
I haven't read much in terms of roleplaying books, but I've just finished reading three novels of The Black Company by Glen Cook. Very high quality dark fantasy, I love it!
Patreon, tips, shop…
I launched a Ko-fi page where I put my portfolio of adventures, One Page Dungeons and game aids. This week, I released a classic dungeon named The Necropolis of the Damned, full of undead and magic. It’s Pay What you Want so check it out!
